Job Description
The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience across TTRacings retail stores. This role ensures retail teams deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and operate efficiently while maintaining strong brand standards and operational discipline.
You will manage store teams, optimize retail processes, and work closely with HQ functions (operations, marketing, warehouse, and customer service) to drive retail growth and consistency.
