Position: Retail Manager (Full Time)
Location: 5/2179 Pacific Hwy, Heatherbrae, NSW 2324
Salary: AUD 78,000 – 81,000 plus super
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or AQF Diploma in a relevant field in the relevant field and 1+ years' experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training programs, and task assignments to optimise store efficiency.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organised, and clean, reflecting the store's cultural atmosphere.
