Retail Lead Reports to: Assistant Store Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Retail Location: Georgetown Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50 Position Summary: The Retail Lead supports the daily operations of the dispensary by guiding team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance and organization throughout the sales floor. This role bridges the gap between team members and store management and plays a key role in delivering a positive, educational, and compliant customer experience. Responsibilities: Must be able to open and close the store in accordance with company policy. Responsible for overseeing daily dispensary floor operations and ensuring staff are supported and efficient.
