- Responsible for opening and closing of the store, inventory control, visual merchandising, sales transactions and housekeeping.
- Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory.
- Sell and achieve monthly sales target.
- Provide high level of customer service and attend to their enquiries.
- Develop new customer base and grow existing business.
- O level/ Nitec with at least 1-2 years retail experience, preferably in luxury retail industry.
- Experience in wine, liquor, spirit business and whisky knowledge is preferred.
- Highly sales driven, possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse customers
