Job Description
AZADEA Group in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager I (ASS ) to lead on the shop floor, support store/department managers, and uphold high standards of customer service and operations.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, stock management, KPI reporting, staff scheduling, cash handling, and coaching the KIKO team to deliver a premium customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree and five years in retail with two years in a leadership role are expected.
