- Lead and coach a team supporting global clients (US, AU, EU)
- Drive performance through KPIs and clear metrics
- Run 1:1s, coaching sessions, and team huddles
- Improve productivity and team engagement
- Partner with Client Success Managers for client outcomes
- Build a high-accountability, non-toxic team culture
