Job Description

The Restaurant Systems Officer for Quality Management Systems (QMS) supports the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System across all stores and channels. The role ensures that operational standards, Gold Standard consistency, food safety requirements, customer experience standards, compliance requirements, and quality improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained through audits, customer feedback systems, complaint management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs.

Reporting directly to the Head of Restaurant Systems, works closely with Operations, Brand, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Business Development to identify performance gaps, drive corrective actions, and improve operational consistency, customer satisfaction, food safety compliance, and overall restaurant performance.
