ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise service crews and reception hosts
- Order and purchase restaurant supplies
- Oversee restaurant daily smooth operations
- Responsible for crew scheduling and coordination
- Handle customer feedback and respond promptly
- Conduct surveys to assess customer requirements, preferences
- Assist the manager to prepare budgets and monitor expenses
- Ad-hoc job given by Restaurant Manager
- At least 1 year supervisory experience in F&B
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to establish a good team relationship
