Job Description
We are looking for an active, organized, and engaged restaurant shift manager - a key role in overseeing operations at our two restaurants in Sodankylä, Lapland.
The position covers two locations: Hotel Karhu and Hotel Sodankylä. Each location includes breakfast services, buffet/carte dining, event spaces, conference rooms, and meeting facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor in daily management of the restaurants.
- Take over responsibilities in the supervisor’s absence, including ordering supplies and inventory tracking.
- Manage recipes and set menu pricing to maintain quality and profitability.
- Ensure general cleanliness, order, and adherence to Peerâ Perkele standards.
- Support shift planning and coordinate staff schedules.
