Role overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Restaurant Manager to take full charge of daily operations. You will report directly to the Company Directors and will have complete operational authority over the kitchen, service floor, delivery platforms, staff and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities Operations management

• Oversee all daily kitchen and front‑of‑house operations to the highest standards of food quality, service and cleanliness
• Manage all food delivery platforms (Deliveroo, GrabFood, AllinPay, Foodpanda) and ensure timely fulfilment
• Handle catering bookings, corporate events and group orders
• Ensure full compliance with NEA, SFA, MOM Employment Act and HDB licensing requirements

Staff management

• Recruit, train and supervise all kitchen and service staff
• Manage staff schedules, attendance records and monthly payroll inputs
