Position Overview
Looking for a Passionate Service Staff with Leadership Qualities!
Responsibilities- Coordinate restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Deliver professional guest services with utmost customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and meet high demands
- Manage cost control and inventory, forecasting consumption and requirements
- Appraise colleague’s performance and provide coaching to keep them productive & motivated
- Arrange and organise rosters for staff
- Maintain a positive and conducive work environment
- Passion for service and strong man-management skills with leadership qualities
- At least 4 years’ experience in F&B Management
- Excellent communication skills with extensive food and wine knowledge
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
