- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily operation of the Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events outlets.
- Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team to reach their full potential.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and Radisson Hotel Group brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, efficiently, and with a guest-first mindset.
- Coordinate the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces according to guest requirements.
