Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager for a Georgian restaurant in Dubai.

What will you do?

• Control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Set an example in terms of service, products, and guidance of the team that reflects the concept
• Co-ordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service
• Manage and oversee the handling of guests, recommendation of food and beverage items, taking orders, and processing and presentation of guest bills
• Communicate any comments, complaints, and suggestions relating to the operation to the F&B Director
• Ensure the proper handling of all equipment as well as its cleanliness and state of maintenance
