Job Summary

Seeking an entrepreneur-minded Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of the high-quality Restaurant Fregatti in Vuosaari, Helsinki.

Fregatti is a relaxed and straightforward food and social restaurant located in the vibrant heart of Vuosaari, in the Columbuskeskus shopping centre. It is a quality local bistro combining à la carte, lunch, and a strong pub culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as if it were your own, elevating it to become the most well‑known bistro and pub in East Helsinki.
• Take ownership and develop the restaurant purposefully to build the next level of success.
• Decide and set the direction for both the team and the customers.
