Food & Beverage Manager – Ristorante Aalto (Pyramid Lake Lodge)

Exciting full‑time year‑round opportunity to manage the restaurant Aalto at Pyramid Lake Lodge restaurant. Staff accommodation is available.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily oversight to all F&B outlets within assigned JL property and support as needed at all other Pursuit properties.
• Become deeply ingrained in all day‑to‑day operations and logistics of the organization.
• Adhere to operational needs and meet financial objectives.
• Consistently delivering exceptional guest service.
• Reports to the Operations Manager and Director of Food Beverage Jasper.
• Translate vision and strategy into actions designed to grow the business.
