Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing restaurant concept in Canggu, known for its premium barbecue and open-fire dining experience. They are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the pre-opening and day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and strong business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Pre-opening restaurant experience is highly preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting, P&L management, and food and labor cost control.
