Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Restaurant Manager. As the Junior Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and employees work efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and training restaurant staff
- Ensure all food safety standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Create and implement promotional strategies to increase sales
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients
