Job Description
Restaurant Manager
Employer: KIM & KWAK CO ENTS LTD DBA HANA SUSHI
Location: Luckakuck Way, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 3C7
Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $37 per hour
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Duties
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the restaurant and related food service areas
- Develop and implement service standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Prepare employee schedules and monitor staff performance
- Manage inventory, track revenues, and adjust menu pricing or procedures as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
