In this role, you'll bring your 2-3 years of experience managing teams of over 20, ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll be responsible for setting up service procedures, managing cash reports, and maintaining inventory while complying with health regulations and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage operational standards for service
• Prepare and review financial documents and reports
• Organize inventory and negotiate with suppliers
• Conduct performance evaluations for team improvement
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management
• Expertise in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality
