Job Description
Position Summary As a Restaurant Manager at Capital Motion, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of the company’s diverse restaurant concepts. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain operational efficiency, and support the outlet’s financial and strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different service styles and environments across Capital Motion’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest relations.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
