Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Cost products and services.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Address customersโ€™ complaints or concerns and provide customer service.

Qualifications

  • Education: College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 โ€“ $500,000.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, point of sale system, and spreadsheets.
  • Supervision experience: Manage more than 20 people.
