Key Responsibilities (GMIT progressing to GM)

As a GMIT, you’ll learn and gradually assume responsibility for all aspects of running a Domino’s restaurant:

• Overseeday-to-day operations — opening/closing, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Assist in managinglabor and food costs , monitor waste, and control inventory
• Participate invendor ordering, receiving, and supplier relationship management
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff
