Seeking an Executive Chef for a high-end modern restaurant group in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire kitchen operation, including food preparation and quality assurance. Manage kitchen control systems and inventory management. Guide and lead the kitchen brigade with strong teamwork and leadership skills. Maintain current food trends and contribute to menu planning and food innovation. Manage the pass during peak service periods to ensure smooth service. Qualifications 10+ years of senior chef experience. Strong understanding of contemporary cuisine. Experience in a luxury restaurant setting is crucial. Solid references from previous employers. Ability to balance culinary excellence with managerial responsibilities. Additional Information
