Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP EWM and SAP TM within S/4HANA environments
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests (Level 2/3 support)
- Monitor and optimize existing warehouse and transportation processes
- Collaborate with business users to identify pain points and deliver pragmatic solutions
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration between EWM, TM, and other S/4HANA modules
- Assist with minor configuration changes and testing for business continuity
