Job Description

Synopsis

Plan medium and long term manpower needs to optimize staff assignment while ensuring assigned staff is compliant with legal and business requirements.

Accountabilities

• Create, develop and maintain a detailed short, medium and long term manpower plan in alignment with flight scheduling and operations needs, to ensure optimization of manpower capabilities and compliance with requirements
• Perform simulations and what if scenario analysis to optimize manpower cost while ensuring the best allocation of available resources
• Identify and analyze manpower data, trends and business drivers (e.g. seasonal schedules, financial requirements, etc) to identify medium and long term resourcing plans
• Periodically review and update medium/long term planning to ensure staff compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
