Job Description
The Emirates Group in Dubai is seeking a Resource Planning Officer to maximise network productivity and service levels through robust planning and data analysis. You will analyse data from multiple systems, build forecasts and rosters, and collaborate with Contact Centre teams to maintain high-quality outputs.
Develop weekly rosters, forecast demand, manage training and leave, and ensure 24x7 coverage for incidents while aligning with corporate policies and operational goals.
