In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing operational performance through effective manpower planning at various locations. Your expertise in ground handling operations will help you carry out analyses and implement action plans. You will work closely with local management to refine staff rostering and conduct training while ensuring communication flows between all levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor manpower and overtime variances
• Develop action plans for negative trends
• Conduct training on manpower analysis tools
• Support Finance and Commercial Departments
• Implement timely planning initiatives
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in logistics staffing
• Skilled in Excel, Word, and Access
• Exceptional communication skills in English
