Reporting to the Assistant General Manager-Technical Services, this senior role focuses on managing mineral resource estimations and geological models. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards, collaborate across teams, and mentor a group of geologists. This position is key to successful mine planning and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and maintain 3D geological and resource models
ā¢ Ensure accurate estimations per NI 43-101 standards
ā¢ Collaborate with exploration and engineering teams
ā¢ Conduct audits of resource models and methodologies
ā¢ Prepare technical reports for management and stakeholders
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Geology
ā¢ Minimum 15 years in resource estimation
