Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Manager of the unit, the Resource Coordinator is responsible for facilitating, coordinating in conjunction with health care teams, staffing, supplies/equipment, and patient flow/scheduling as a charge agent. Develop, motivate, assess, and negotiate as a change agent in an effort to enhance organizational effectiveness. Utilizes the nursing process to care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients based on current standards of practice. Functions within the permissible scope of nursing practice as defined by the Georgia Board of Nursing and St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System policies and procedures Education Associate Degree in Nursing - Required Experience None Required License & Certification Registered Nurse License with State of Practice – Required National certification in the specialty area of practice required within 1 year of accepting the positi...
