Job Description
We are hiring a
Residential Maintenance Technician!
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be completing 4–5 work orders per day. You'll troubleshoot and repair multi-trade areas like plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical, carpentry, HVAC filters, appliance issues, and more across scattered‑site residential properties.
Your Schedule
- Standard hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
- Occasional emergency calls on nights / weekends (paid OT)
