Job Description
Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is a national leader in land development and residential construction, and we are seeking a Junior Site Superintendent to lead the construction of our multi-family construction site.
As a Junior Site Superintendent, you will support the Site Superintendent in the day-to-day operations of the construction site. Your responsibilities will include helping to ensure the project is progressing according to plans, specifications, safety regulations, and timelines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in construction who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow within a dynamic and experienced team. This role has the opportunity to grow into a Site Superintendent position for future projects.
