Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, or related field
- Experience working with children and youth in care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and supervision to residents
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Document observations and incidents
- Collaborate with team members and external partners
