Job Description
RTO Job Scope
- To carry out full time site supervision as Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
- Contract period is 27 month to cover the construction of a 7-storey warehouse and a 11-storey mixed use facility at Sungei Kadut St 1
- Contract start date: Sep 2026
- Total 1 RTO position to be filled, to assist the lead RE and the other 4 RTOs, covering the supervision of structural and architectural works
In addition to monthly salary,
- 1 month of AWS will be provided upon completion of 12th month and 24th month of service respectively
- 2.5 months of gratuity to be released upon completion of contract
- With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES
- Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
