Role Description The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Solan, responsible for providing continuous medical support within the facility. The RMO will conduct patient assessments, manage routine and emergency care, prescribe appropriate treatments, and monitor patient progress in coordination with senior physicians. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, assisting in minor procedures or surgeries as required, and supporting patient education and counseling. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participation in clinical meetings, and contributing to training and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
MBBS or BAMS qualified.
