Overview

Babylonstoren offers an exciting opportunity for a Resident Head and Facilitator at the Kleinbosch Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating youth, exceptional people skills, and the drive to help establish an inspiring institution. Kleinbosch is a historic farm that once housed the first official Afrikaans school. Accommodation for the position is also provided on the premises.

Qualifications

• A relevant teaching or language qualification
• A degree in education will strengthen your application
• Experience as a teacher or facilitator, or experience in a boarding school environment
• At least three years’ leadership experience
• Experience working with children or teenagers, e.g., teaching, mentoring, or youth leadership
• Experience coaching life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, or similar skills would be advantageous
• A passion for artificial intelligence (AI)...
