Responsibilities
As a Resident Engineer, you're responsible in providing the equipment and utilities that the mall needs to operate. You are in-charge of the mall's maintenance and repairs, ensuring that the mall is operating safely and efficiently for an safe and fun malling experience. Part of your task is to also ensure that the mall is compliant with the standards set by the government agencies and local government units.
Experience
- eAt least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Managemen
- tAt least 3 years of experience as licensed enginee
Qualifications
- sGraduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical
- )PRC License (Registered Electrical Engineer
- )Good and effective communication skill
