Job Description

The Residential Worker – EveningΒ provides on-site support to youth and youth with children residing in a transitional housing program. This role focuses on supporting daily stability, safety, and household functioning while contributing to a calm, respectful, and structured living environment.

Working within a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and harm reduction framework, the Residential Worker supports residents (ages 16–30) who may be experiencing homelessness, instability, or crisis-related challenges. Evening staff play a key role in engagement, basic support, crisis response within protocol, and continuity of care into the overnight period.Β
