Home and Community Supervisor

The Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion provides a range of supports and services to people with developmental disabilities. Our Home and Community services is looking for a supervisor to oversee a supported living home.

This role works with people who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Supervisors at BACI oversee a team, leading and coaching staff and working directly to with residents to ensure a good life for the people who receive full supports in their home.

Position: Temporary Full-Time Residence Supervisor (until the incumbent returns)

Salary: $33.77- $38.77/hour

Hours: 37.5 hours/ week Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00AM - 3:30PM Wednesday 10:30AM-6:00PM , flexible hours required

Education & Qualifications:

3-5 years in direct support in the Community Living Sector

Previous experience in a supervisory position
