Overview

We are currently seeking a Residence Concierge to join the front of house team at our prestigious residential property in Dubai. This role is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai , upholding the same standards of luxury, service, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents and guests with inquiries, service requests, and local area information.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and presentable front desk at all times.
• Monitor visitor access and enforce building security protocols.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages; coordinate with delivery services.
• Work closely with building management, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.
• Keep accurate records including visitor logs, key logs, service requests, and incident reports.
• Support move-in and move-out processes for residents.
