Reservations Consultant

Full-time Admin / clerical / secretarial

Requirements: - Proven experience as a reservations consultant or similar position - Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint) - PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Opera would be advantageous - Proficiency in English - Well-organized with good time management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A team player with high level of dedication - Works well and accurately under pressure SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ▪ eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex, LEVEL General MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS 5-7 years experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties - Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills. - Solid interpersonal skills - Valid RSA ID - Dynamic - Self-Starter - Problem Solving - Team Player - Flexible - Presentable Appearance
