Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel Reservations Agent to join the front office team with this internationally branded hotel group based in Cape Town.

About:

  • As Reservations Agent you’ll be handling hotel reservations via phone, email, & online platforms
  • Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide hotel information and rates
  • Coordinate with hotels and internal departments to confirm availability
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details

    • Requirements:


  • South African national or those with valid work permit
  • Experienced in hotel reservations
  • Tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field
  • Salary package: R19000 ctc
