In this role, you will manage reservations, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure every detail is handled with care, delivering the warm, personalized service that defines the Aethos experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all room reservations across direct, OTA, and corporate channels, ensuring accuracy in the PMS.
  
• Handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and care.
