Overview

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent service delivery by conducting verifications / background screening and reporting accurate results. Researchers will ensure a first‑class customer and candidate experience through processing the checks. Other duties may also be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Q uickly and effectively research and verify facts provided by candidates to ensure the screening process is completed in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate processing of the background reports according to reporting guidelines and quality standards
• Maintain in-depth working knowledge of all guidelines and procedures
• Complete the processing of all assigned tasks as per schedules
• Complete escalated/rejected requests requiring further investigation
• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround time on all reports
• Report factual information provided by verifying sources accurately
