About the Position
Explore Edmonton is seeking a Research & Performance Manager to join the Business Systems team. This role develops and maintains systems and processes that support business planning, performance management, and informed decision‑making across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Business Systems, the Research & Performance Manager is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting organizational performance to various stakeholders, identifying best practices and tools for performance management, conducting industry research in support of operations and strategic planning, and providing key data points to support decision‑making.
