RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - AGRICULTURE (SPRINGS)

Full-time Science, Research and Teaching

Requirements

• Master’s degree in biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Plant Physiology, Chemistry, Agronomy, or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within the agriculture industry
• At least 5 years’ experience managing or leading teams
• Strong experience in fertilizer product development and research
• Experience with laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials
• Strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Knowledge of product registration processes and SOP development advantageous
• Afrikaans and English proficiency beneficial
