Position Summary
Position: Research Coordinator – Infectious Diseases, Boston, MA. 40 hours per week. The Research Coordinator (RC) will support NIH‑funded studies under the Massachusetts Community Engagement Alliance (MA‑CEAL) Program. Responsibilities include participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, data collection, analysis, ethical compliance, and collaboration with community partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate development of study protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and lead the design and validation of electronic data capture (EDC) systems such as REDCap.
- Create data management plans and ensure secure data storage.
- Develop training materials and support training of study teams, including research assistants.
