Project Title: Nurturing healthy ageing and well‑being of middle‑aged and older adults

Project Introduction: Nurturing healthy ageing and well‑being of our Singaporeans is essential for the future of skills, work and economy. The key goals of this research are to nurture our citizens with physical, cognitive and socio‑emotional skills, and to facilitate individual healthy ageing so that they can contribute to our economy and society. This research aims to identify relevant sport‑based programmes to promote active engagement and healthy ageing of middle‑aged and older adults.
