Job Overview
As an R&D Staff, you will be responsible for the technical execution of product formulations, laboratory testing, and the preparation of technical documentation for the company's product portfolio. You will translate formulation guidelines from the R&D Supervisor into stable and effective physical prototypes, ensuring that all daily testing procedures comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and targeted timelines.
