Job Description
Responsibilities
- To identify ingredients needs required in the monthly or weekly production plans with the further processing department
- To plan and coordinate with procurement, assist in coordinate trial run and conduct process validation of new formulation
- To carry out the product testing and analysis as per requirement & SOP
- To evaluate and manage best value ingredients and consumables for the production department
- To check and confirm purchase requisition for ingredients and product packaging
- To monitor and control halal certificates and documentation of ingredients
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology
- Candidates with 1 year related experience in Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- Well-versed with HACCP, GMP and other food-related regulations
