Job Description
- This position is for Centre for Research on Successful Ageing (ROSA).
- Assist in finance functions of the Centre, ensuring that there is compliance to university policies:
- Coordinate procurement requirements, raise the purchase orders and seek approvals for payment.
- Ensure that the Centre's monthly expenditure from various funds are accurate and documented.
- Distribute and track physical and RedeemSG digital vouchers issued to survey respondents.
- Ensure that the fixed asset listing is maintained and accounted for.
- Assist with annual budget preparation.
- Assist with the operational aspects of the research study for quarterly and ad-hoc waves of survey:
- Implementation of research by ensuring quality control procedures are adhered to (e.g. preparing IRB modifications, monitoring daily response rates)
- Answer emails and calls from respondents and addressing their queries in a timely manner.
